Kessler, Feher and Greenspan have played key roles in some of the biggest court cases in sports history, including representing college athletes in the industry-changing Supreme Court case in NCAA v. Alston. They also have represented the:

■ U.S. women’s national soccer team in its equal pay litigation against the U.S. Soccer Federation.

■ NFLPA in an arbitration that led to the suspension of the NFL rule requiring players to stand for the national anthem and in the collusion arbitration filed by Colin Kaepernick.

■ NASL in ongoing antitrust litigation against MLS and USSF.

Goldstein’s work in venue development financing includes Q2 Stadium and Moody Center in Austin; Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle; and UBS Arena in New York. A 2021 SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree, Amoona has represented top sports agents and agencies and negotiated nearly $100 million in guaranteed compensation for agents across all major sports, including those at WME Sports, Athletes First, Octagon and CAA. Smedley represents double-amputee 400-meter sprinter Blake Leeper before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in an eligibility dispute with World Athletics and served as counsel for Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott and the NFLPA in federal court challenging a six-game suspension by the NFL.
