About you

Could not go a day without: A workout.

Most common misperception of your generation: That we would rather send an email than speak in person/over the phone.

Go-to person when you need help: My mom, Betsy. She is my person and gives me the perspective/support I need when faced with challenges.

In 10 years I hope to be … : A COO.

Brands of various background (CPG/telco/QSR) rely on sports to help tell their story. My job is to figure out how can we do this effectively and authentically together.

In the Industry

Biggest surprise at career’s start: How much networking was of tremendous value to help navigate the sports landscape successfully.

Questions for networking: What’s something you look for when hiring an individual?

How should sports address social issues? Sports will forever be a communal activity that brings people from various walks of life together. It’s an impactful medium that has the opportunity to make a statement. For the issues that a sports team/league/association wants to “rally around” there is a great opportunity to use a live event as the means for mass support and education.

Sports industry needs to do a better job of … : Advocating and representing women executives in the workplace.
