Could not go a day without: As awful as I feel about saying this, at this point in my life I could definitely not go a day without my laptop.
Most common misperception of your generation: The most common misperception of my generation is that we are entitled and lazy, which I have never experienced to be true. Millennials are innovators and open to the discomfort that comes with doing things differently in order to achieve better outcomes. I am amazed by our generation on a daily [basis].
In 10 years I hope to be … : A local elected official helping my community dismantle oppressive systems that currently don’t serve any of us.
I love thinking about the fan experience and how we can improve it and make it more inclusive overall.

Biggest surprise at career’s start: It was really learning how each relationship has an impact on everything you do or can do in the workplace.

How should sports address social issues? Loudly and proudly. I think the sports industry should unashamedly stand up for whatever and whoever they believe in. It is important for our fans, community members and staff to know where we as individual teams and as leagues stand when it comes to social issues.
