Banc of California Stadium

The 22,000-seat soccer-specific stadium’s location near downtown L.A. helped it sell out all of its MLS matches in LAFC’s first season. The LEED Silver-certified facility also hosted a number of non-soccer events in its first year, including concerts and an esports competition for the popular “Fortnite.”

The venue’s $192 million renovation completely transformed the Atlanta Hawks’ longtime home. Since its reopening, the arena has hosted a number of high-profile concerts as well as the Opening Night kickoff event for Super Bowl LIII, and lower-priced concessions helped the Hawks increase ticket sales and revenue.
