The Class AA Eastern League Binghamton Rumble Ponies named JACOB WILKINS director of broadcasting and media relations.

The Los Angeles Dodgers hired MARILYN DAVIS as vice president of human resources.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum named TIM MEAD president. Mead was vice president of communications for the Los Angeles Angels.

The Pioneer League Rocky Mountain Vibes named ROB NAMNOUM play-by-play announcer.

The Class A Northwest League Salem-Keizer Volcanoes named PAYNE PATCHETT play-by-play broadcaster. Patchett is a senior at Lake Stevens High School, where he announces for the baseball team.

The American Association St. Paul Saints promoted ZANE HEINSELMAN to director of sales; and hired AARON BOETGER as ticket office coordinator, ROB THOMPSON as marketing and creative service manager, J.P. LABELLE as clubhouse manager, JESSY EXLINE as social media coordinator and WILL HARRIS as account executive of ticket sales and corporate partnership.
