The Washington Nationals promoted MIKE DEBARTOLO to assistant general manager for baseball operations and SAM MONDRY-COHEN to assistant general manager for baseball research and development.

Colleges

The Sun Belt Conference named KEITH GILL commissioner. Gill was executive associate commissioner for the Atlantic 10 Conference.
