That is not standard policy, but Lincicome is the second golfer in as many years to benefit from such a decision, suggesting a changing approach is underway.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill is involved in an investigation in a case about his 3-year-old son, who reportedly suffered a broken arm in an alleged incident. This is not Hill’s first brush with domestic violence, and there have already been calls for him to be banned from the NFL for life if he is found to be at fault.
