The NFL’s decision to play the Pro Bowl in Orlando for three years backfired again, as the game drew little attention, took place in cold and rainy weather conditions and seemed to feature disinterested players. The league should move the game back to Hawaii, where it was held all but twice from 1980 through 2016, starting next year.
