The Baltimore Orioles hired Troy Scott as vice president of ballpark operations. Scott was vice president of stadium development and operations for D.C. United.
The Class AAA Pacific Coast League Colorado Springs Sky Sox will promote Chris Phillips to general manager and Keith Hodges to assistant general manager after the 2018 season. Phillips will replace Tony Ensor, who will become president and general manager for the Class AA Texas League Amarillo franchise. Both teams are owned by Elmore Sports Group
The Class AA Texas League Frisco RoughRiders named Andy Milovich president and general manager. Milovich was president of the Class A Carolina League Myrtle Beach Pelicans. Both clubs are owned by Greenberg Sports Group.
The National Basketball Players Association named Dr. William Parham director of mental health and wellness.
The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center promoted Stevie Gray to vice president of ticket operations and Phil Hastings to vice president of event experiences; and hired Mike Sciortino as vice president of operations, Michael Rescigno as senior director of parking and transportation and Adrianne Wynne as senior director of event services.
The University of Arizona hired Derek van der Merwe as assistant vice president and chief operating officer of the athletic department. Van der Merwe was vice president for advancement, communication and strategic initiatives at Austin Peay University.
Austin Peay State University named Lisa Varytimidis associate athletic director and senior woman administrator. Varytimidis was assistant athletic director for compliance and senior woman administrator at the University of Louisiana Monroe.
Bowling Green State University hired Taylor Jefferson as director of marketing and fan engagement. Jefferson was assistant athletic director at Emory & Henry College.
The University of California, Santa Barbara, named Christina Baglas deputy athletic director for development.
Delaware State University named David “Scott” Gines athletic director. Gines was vice president for intercollegiate athletics and campus recreation at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
Fairleigh Dickinson University Athletic Director David Langford will retire, effective June 28, after 15 years in that role.
The University of Florida named Jay Jacobs executive associate athletic director. Jacobs was formerly athletic director at Auburn University.
The College of the Holy Cross hired A.J. Kizekai as director of facilities, operations and events. Kizekai was assistant athletic director for operations and events at Bucknell University.
Jackson State University named Ashley Robinson vice president and athletic director. Robinson was vice president and athletic director at Prairie View A&M University.
Kent State University hired J Locklier as associate athletic director and executive director of athletics advancement. Locklier was assistant athletic director for leadership gifts at the University of Cincinnati.
Loyola Marymount University named Craig Pintens athletic director. Pintens was senior associate athletic director for marketing and public relations at the University of Oregon.
Miami University hired D’Angelo Solomon as associate athletic director for revenue generation. Solomon was an assistant vice president and business banking relationship manager for PNC Bank.

Saint Mary’s College promoted Piper Brewster to associate athletic director of compliance for monitoring and education.

The University of Texas hired Shawn Eichorst as executive senior associate athletic director for internal affairs and Drew Martin as executive senior associate athletic director for external affairs. Washington State University promoted Raegen Harvey to assistant athletic director of the Cougar Athletic Fund with oversight of all internal operations, and hired Jake Stevens as CAF development assistant and Domenica Jones chief of staff for athletics administration.

The Washington Redskins hired Steve Ziff as chief marketing officer. Ziff was vice president of marketing and digital media for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Mobile Arts and Sports Association hired Jim Nagy as executive director and Sylvester Croom as senior vice president of operations for the Reese’s Senior Bowl.
Esports organization Gen.G hired Jordan Sherman as head of sponsorships and revenue. Sherman was director of corporate sponsorships for the Los Angeles Clippers.
