Baseball

Major League Baseball promoted Uzma Rawn to group director and vice president of sponsorship sales.

 

Braves Holdings, parent company of the Atlanta Braves and Braves Development Co., promoted Derek Schiller to president and chief executive officer of the Braves and Mike Plant to president and chief executive officer of Braves Development Co.; and hired Jill Robinson as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Braves Holdings.

 

The Boston Red Sox promoted Sarah McKenna to senior vice president of fan services and ballpark entertainment.

 

The Philadelphia Phillies hired Sean Walker as vice president and chief technology officer. Walker was vice president of innovation and technology services for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

 

The Class A Advanced California League Stockton Ports promoted Taylor McCarthy to general manager.

 

Basketball

The Golden State Warriors promoted Brandon Schneider to chief revenue officer.

 

The Los Angeles Clippers hired Bryan Meadows as team president for the G League Agua Caliente Clippers. Meadows was general manager for the Stockton Ports.

 

Colleges

The American Athletic Conference promoted Eric Ziady to senior associate commissioner and chief financial officer.

 

The West Coast Conference named Gloria Nevarez commissioner. Nevarez was senior associate commissioner and senior woman administrator for the Pac-12 Conference.

 

The University at Buffalo named Mark Alnutt athletic director. Alnutt was deputy athletic director at the University of Memphis.

 

Saint Joseph’s University named Jill Bodensteiner athletic director. Bodensteiner was senior associate athletic director at the University of Notre Dame.

 

San Jose State University named Dominic Urrutia athletics donor relations officer. Urrutia was assistant director of media relations for the school.

 

Facilities

The Texas Rangers and The Cordish Cos. hired Jim Watry as chief operating officer for Texas Live!. Watry was chief operating officer for Ballpark Village in St. Louis.

 

Football

The National Football League named Renie Anderson senior vice president of NFL partners, sponsorship and consumer products, while Chief Strategy Officer Chris Halpin will move out of licensing.

 

Hockey

The Arizona Coyotes hired Mike Berry as vice president of corporate partnerships. Berry was vice president and general manager of Georgetown Sports Properties at Georgetown University.

 

Marketing

Anchor Media Services hired John DeWaal as senior vice president of brand marketing. DeWaal was vice president of marketing for Lids Sports Group.

 

Learfield promoted Andy McDowell to vice president and general manager for Cal Bears Sports Properties at the University of California and Charles Nieves to general manager for Hurricane Sports Properties at the University of Miami; and named Brian Bille general manager and Patrick Judice manager of business development for its new Ragin’ Cajuns Sports Properties at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Logan Davis general manager for Seawolf Sports Properties at the University of Alaska Anchorage, Bob Heller general manager for DUQS Sports Properties at Duquesne University, Kevin Waters general manager for Fordham Sports Properties at Fordham University, Layne Werner general manager for Jasper Sports Properties at Manhattan College, Heather Hellman general manager for Mustangs Sports Properties at Cal Poly, Ron Kobata general manager for Beach Sports Properties at Long Beach State, Tatia Benkonvich general manager for Anteater Sports Properties at UC Irvine and Joey Huerta general manager for Highlanders Sports Properties at UC Riverside.

 

Leona Marketing Group named Sean Sullivan a senior consultant. Sullivan was director of college partnerships for Under Armour.

 

MKTG hired Jonah Ballow as vice president of digital. Ballow was director of digital for the New York Knicks.

 

Other

Wells Fargo hired Matthew Kirkpatrick as vice president of national sponsorship platforms, Pamela Batalis as vice president of college sports and local market sponsorships and Marjorie Wagner as hospitality manager.
