Colleges
Bradley University hired Nathan Bramwell as director of ticket sales and operations. Bramwell was director of ticketing and events management at Missouri Southern State University.

Fordham University hired Edward Kull as senior director of development and senior associate athletic director. Kull was senior vice president for the GENYOUth Foundation.

La Salle University named William Bradshaw athletic director. Bradshaw was the school’s athletic director from 1978 to 1986.

Jim Paquette, Loyola University Maryland assistant vice president and athletic director, will step down in June.

Oregon State University hired Rori Carlo as assistant athletic director for marketing and fan engagement. Carlo was assistant director for marketing at the University of Iowa.

Sacramento State University named Mark Orr athletic director. Orr was athletic director at Saint Mary’s College.

Syracuse University hired Bob Arkeilpane as executive director for athletics development. Arkeilpane was program coordinator for external relations and principal for eRecruitFit.

Washington University in St. Louis named Anthony Azama athletic director. Azama was senior associate athletic director for external operations at Columbia University.

Football
The NFL hired Dr. Allen Sills as chief medical officer. Sills was professor of neurological surgery, orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation, and founder and co-director of the Vanderbilt Sports Concussion Center at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The Los Angeles Chargers hired Josh Rupprecht as vice president of public relations. Rupprecht was senior associate athletic director for communications at UCLA.

Hockey
The Los Angeles Kings hired Emily Griganavicius as digital media producer.

MULRAIN
Law
Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo hired Anthony Mulrain as a member in its New York office. Mulrain was the founding and managing partner of Gordon & Rees’ Atlanta office, and chair of its national sports, media and entertainment law practice.

Marketing
The Aspire Group promoted Julius Martinez to senior consultant-sales at the University of South Florida and Allison Levine to senior consultant-groups at the University of Massachusetts. The company hired John Schnatz as a sales and service consultant at Auburn University and Joshua Windholz as a group sales consultant at the University of Kansas.

CAA Sports promoted Arlesha Amazan to agent in its basketball division and Nick Thimm to executive in the agency’s property sales group.

Charge hired Kyle Ginty as event coordinator. Ginty was a sales coordinator for MainGate.

TLA Worldwide hired Rashida Gayle as director of talent marketing. Gayle was a marketing representative for RG Management Agency.

Wasserman hired Jamie Farrell and Chris Castleberry as part of its golfing division. Farrell was chief executive officer for Athena Sports Management, and Castleberry was a player manager at the agency.

Media
ESPN promoted Libby Geist to vice president and executive producer of ESPN Films and 30 for 30.

IMG Media promoted Ed Mallaburn to senior vice president of tennis and global business development and acquisitions, Kristian Hysen to senior vice president of global sports, Richard Wise to senior vice president of content and channels, and Adam Kelly to senior vice president of worldwide sales.

Twitch hired Michael Aragon as senior vice president of content. Aragon was general manager of VRV for Ellation.

Motorsports
Terry Blount left his position as National Hot Rod Association vice president of public relations and launched his own media consultancy, Terry Blount Consulting.

Other
15 Seconds of Fame hired Alix Cottrell as chief operating officer. Cottrell was group vice president and general manager of video product for Time Warner Cable.

The Armory Foundation promoted Rita Finkel and Jonathan Schindel to co-presidents.
