Baseball
The Milwaukee Brewers promoted Tod Johnson to director of amateur scouting, Ray Montgomery to vice president of scouting and Zack Minasian to special adviser for scouting.
 
The Texas Rangers named Katie Pothier executive vice president and general counsel.
 
The Class AA Texas League’s Corpus Christi (Texas) Hooks promoted Andy Steavens to vice president of sales and marketing, Jeremy Sturgeon to senior director of stadium operations, Kim Harris to senior director of finance, Michael Coffin to director of broadcasting, Jeff Mackor to director of business development, Danielle O’Toole to director of ticketing, Brad Starr to baseball operations manager, Tanner Twomey to season memberships manager and Zach Kaddatz to group sales manager.
 
Basketball
The Detroit Pistons promoted Pat Garrity to associate general manager, Adam Glessner to director of player personnel, Jorge Costa to director of research and technology, Ryan Winters to scout, T.J. Saint to head video coordinator, Jordan Brink to assistant video coordinator and J.R. Holden to director of international scouting. The team also named Aaron Blackshear analytics systems coordinator.
 
The Golden State Warriors named David Kelly general counsel and vice president of basketball management and strategy. The team also promoted Kent Lacob to general manager and Ryan Atkinson to assistant general manager, both for the NBA D-League Santa Cruz (Calif.) Warriors.
 
Colleges
Seattle University named Shaney Fink athletic director. Fink was senior associate athletic director and senior woman administrator at the University of San Diego.

Marist University promoted Mike Ferraro to assistant athletic director for sports information, Andy Alongi and Amanda Rogerson to the department’s direct administrative executive staff and Brandon James to athletics business manager. The school also hired Judy Davis as administrative assistant for athletics.

The University of North Texas hired Stacy Martin as deputy athletic director and chief financial officer. Martin was chief financial officer for the American Athletic Conference.

The University of Florida hired Scott Stricklin as athletic director. Stricklin was athletic director at Mississippi State University.

The Aspire Group hired Chris Weil as a sales consultant at Louisiana Tech, Joe Rutigliano as a business consultant at the University of Maryland and Caitlin Little and Brandon Bills as sales consultants at the National Sales Center.
 
Excel Sports Management named Ben Priest vice president of business development for its consulting practice and Devin Lacerte senior director of sales and new partnerships. Priest was senior director of business development for JMI, and Lacerte was director of sales for Octagon.
 
Lagardère Sports & Entertainment promoted Andrew Georgiou to chief executive officer.

SMT named Jed Drake executive vice president of emerging technologies. Drake was formerly senior vice president of production innovation for ESPN.
 
Soccer
FC Bayern Munich promoted Rudolf Vidal to president of the Americas.

The New York Red Bulls named Chris Orihuela digital and social media coordinator and Andrew Vazzano senior manager of digital and social media.
 
Sporting Goods and Apparel
Under Armour named Jason LaRose president of North America and Matthew Mirchin strategic adviser for global revenue.

Sports Commissions and Tourism Boards
The National Association of Sports Commissions hired Jeff Rank as member services manager.

Other
Up2Us Sports hired Chris Alpert as chief operating officer. Albert was NBA D-League vice president of basketball operations.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship promoted Sean Shelby to senior vice president of talent relations, and hired Mick Maynard as vice president of talent relations. UFC executive Joe Silva will retire at the end of the year.

The Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame Foundation named Ronnie Rantz chief executive officer and president.
 
Awards and Boards
HHGregg named Andretti Autosport Chairman, President and CEO Michael Andretti to its board of directors.
