The Chicago Bulls hired Chip Schaefer as director of sports performance and promoted Shaun Hickombottom to senior manager of player development and team services. Schaefer was director of sports science for the Sacramento Kings.

The NFL promoted Ross Ketover to NFL Films senior executive.

The Jacksonville Jaguars named Edward Andrews director of corporate partnerships.

Golf
The European Tour named Nathan Homer chief commercial and marketing officer. Homer was head of global sponsorship and partnerships at Barclays.

Hockey
The Columbus Blue Jackets named Cassie Good graphic designer, Brenna Frattaroli premium account specialist, and Joshua Latzko, Katelyn Beno, Carrie Barrow and Colten Renner inside sales representatives and promoted Paige Shepherd to premium account specialist.

Barnes & Thornburg named Lee Hutton III a partner in its litigation department and the entertainment, media and sports practice group.

Connect Partnership Group named Channing Butler director of sales. Butler was senior manager of corporate partnerships at Circuit of the Americas.

YSC Sports Marketing named Ben Kessler business development manager. Kessler was marketing coordinator for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Media
ESPN named Molly Mita senior publicist of news content. Mita was public relations manager for Icona Resorts.

Learfield Sports named Erik Book general manager and Nathan Garcia business development manager at Arkansas State University. Book was executive associate athletic director at Southern Utah University, and Garcia was a ticket and sales representative at Texas Tech University.

Motorsports
NASCAR promoted Elton Sawyer to vice president of officiating and technical inspection; Brad Moran to managing director of the Camping World Truck Series; Brandon Thompson to senior director of touring series; George Grippo to managing director of competition technology and timing and scoring; and Jusan Hamilton to manager of racing operations and event management. It also named John Probst managing director of competition and innovation.

Sporting Kansas City hired Marty Nevshemal as vice president of finance and Andrea Kimball as vice president and general counsel. Nevshemal was chief financial officer of Sprint’s network and IT business unit. Kimball was a partner in the Kansas City office at Dentons U.S.

BRG Sports promoted Dan Arment to president and chief executive officer as well as chief executive officer of Riddell.

Asics America named Andrew Richard vice president of regional sales. Richard was Puma head of global merchandising.

The National Wrestling Hall of Fame & Museum promoted Lindsey Hammer to front office coordinator.

Awards and Boards
SMG Insight appointed Michael Pask, former senior vice president at WME-IMG, to its advisory board.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame named former NFL senior executive Joe Browne the recipient of the 2016 Ralph Hay Pioneer Award.
