Portz heads a firm that has become a major player in the business of owner’s representation over the past 20 years. Her company is working on NBA arena projects in Milwaukee and San Francisco, plus renovations to Churchill Downs, a new CFL stadium in Regina, Saskatchewan, and a new Texas Tech football practice facility that features a 200-meter track to host the Big 12 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships. Portz first represented the San Antonio Spurs in the development of AT&T Center, and since then PC Sports has worked on multiple arenas and stadiums, including Kyle Field’s massive $485 million renovation, which to date is the most expensive project in college sports.
