Dethlefs is in charge of the Denver architecture firm, which specializes in designing midsize arenas and renovations to big league and college facilities. The architect’s current projects include upgrades to Pepsi Center in Denver, MTS Centre in Winnipeg and Target Center, which covers a $130 million facelift to the home of the Minnesota Timberwolves. In Ann Arbor, Mich., Sink Combs Dethlefs is designing $168 million worth of projects for Michigan, including facilities for lacrosse and track and field.
