Basketball
The Philadelphia 76ers promoted Chelsea Fenstermacher to manager of inside sales.

Colleges
Alma College named Steven Rackley athletic director, effective July 1. Rackley was athletic director at the University of Findlay.

Florida Gulf Coast University hired Jeremy Boreland as director of corporate sales. Boreland was corporate sales coordinator at Georgia State University.

Loras College promoted Dan Rothert to associate athletic director, and named Denise (Bodensteiner) Udelhofen athletic director. Udelhofen has served as interim athletic director for the past 10 months.

Sacramento State University named Bill Macriss athletic director.

St. Bonaventure University named Tim Kenney athletic director. Kenney was executive associate athletic director at the University of Massachusetts.

Bradley University named Chris Reynolds athletic director. Reynolds was deputy athletic director at Northwestern University.

Golf
The PGA Tour Shriners Hospitals for Children Open named Patrick Lindsey tournament director. Lindsey was tournament manager for the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship.
 
Hockey
The St. Louis Blues hired Steve Chapman as group vice president of brand, community and partnership development. Chapman was president and general manager for the ECHL’s Gwinnett Gladiators.

Marketing
Ketchum hired Kelly Mullen as vice president of branded entertainment for its sports and entertainment division. Mullen was co-founder of the entertainment division at Walter Isaacson marketing agency.

Media
Comcast SportsNet Mid-Atlantic hired Kevin Fay as executive producer for its news department and Brett Line as senior producer, writer and editor for its marketing and creative services department.

FiveThirtyEight hired David Firestone as managing editor. Firestone was formerly with The New York Times.

Sporting Goods and Apparel
Bravo Sports Corp. hired Patrick Enright as senior vice president of sales. Enright was vice president of sales for MEG Toys.

Tennis
The Mylan World TeamTennis’ Boston Lobsters named Colleen Hopkins general manager, Charles Kehres director of events and player services, Jeremy Steindecker director of sales and marketing, and Darlene Hayes director of development.

Other
Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam named Kevin Triplett commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development. Triplett was vice president of public affairs for Bristol Motor Speedway.

Awards and Boards
Back9Network Chairman Sanford Cloud Jr. and board member James Wehr resigned from their positions.

The U.S. Soccer Foundation named Charles Stimson, National Security Law Program manager and The Heritage Foundation senior legal fellow, chairman of the board of directors; Kevin Payne, U.S. Club Soccer chief executive officer, vice chairman; David Sutphen, Brunswick Group Washington D.C. managing partner, secretary; and Leighton Welch, Welch Capital Partners founder, treasurer.
