In The Office

Rich Dalrymple, Director of Public Relations, Dallas Cowboys

As the primary publicist for the Dallas Cowboys since 1990, Rich Dalrymple has been on hand for seven division titles and three Super Bowl championships. His office, in the organization’s training complex in Irving, Texas, is one of only two in the building that looks out on owner Jerry Jones’ private parking space. Consequently, Dalrymple said, “I almost always know when he is in the building. That view has a direct effect on my blood pressure.”

The office is furnished with personal objects and keepsakes.

“Just about everything in there is a real item,” he said. “Things you can only pick up from being in locker rooms and around many interesting people in the business. I love authentic things. As a result, I have collected a lot of unique mementos and artifacts from my days in Dallas.”

5. All-Madden Trophy presented to Dalrymple by John Madden. 6. Wooden football. 7. Penalty flag between photos of family and Jerry Jones. 8. NFL Films clapboard, a gift from Steve Sabol.
