Minor League Baseball promoted Casey Boudrot to manager of special operations, Tim Brunswick to executive director of baseball operations, John Cook to senior vice president of business operations, Brian Earle to executive director of branded properties, Mike Felt to chief of instruction of the Professional Baseball Umpire Corp., Nicole Ferro to manager of sponsor relations, Tina Gust to director of licensing, Melissa Keilen to senior manager of sales and marketing, Justin Klemm to executive director of the PBUC, Mary Marandi to manager of team relations, Rod Meadows to executive director of sales and marketing, Lillian Patterson to special assistant of the PBUC, Scott Poley to vice president of legal affairs and general counsel, Heather Raburn assistant to the marketing director of sponsorship development, Jill Rusinko to manager of Durham operations, Jonathan Shipman to director of accounting and Mary Wooters to manager of baseball operations and executive assistant to the president.

The Cincinnati Reds hired Walt Jocketty as a special adviser to the owner and chief executive officer. Jocketty was formerly general manager of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Basketball

Pacers Sports and Entertainment named Stephanie Babcock premium and ticket services coordinator, Emily Cornforth sponsorship sales service coordinator, Joe Kantor sponsorship account executive and Megan Sheckles ticket services coordinator.

The Washington Mystics hired Marty Pasco Lerner as director of corporate partnerships. Lerner was a sports marketing consultant for Staples.

Facilities

Vail Resorts promoted John Garnsey and Blaise Carrig to executive vice presidents of its mountain division, and named Chris Jarnot chief operating officer of Vail Mountain ski area. Garnsey will remain chief operating officer of Beaver Creek ski area, and Carrig chief operating officer of Heavenly Mountain resort.

The Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches named Bryan Kimbell executive director. Kimbell is director of accounts and business development for Adrenalin Inc.

The Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation named Steve Miller chief executive officer. Miller was a senior analyst and adjunct professor at the University of Oregon’s Warsaw Sports Marketing Center, and president and chief executive officer of Devine Sports.

The Festival Network hired Paul Tsuchiya as senior vice president of sales and strategic partnerships. Tsuchiya was executive vice president of content for Wasserman Media Group.

The Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association named to its board of directors Lindsay Stewart, special adviser to the chairman and chief executive officer, Nike; Jim Tompkins, president and chief operating officer, New Balance; and Jim Lillie, president and chief operating officer, The Jarden Corp.

The American Football Coaches Association named Lou Tepper of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Frank Solich of Ohio University to its board of trustees and Tyrone Willingham of the University of Washington president.
