HEATED RIVALRIES: ESPN scored cable’s three most-watched sports programs of the week as part of its college hoops “Rivalry Week” package. No. 1 was Saturday’s Florida-Kentucky game. North Carolina-Duke on Wednesday was No. 2, but down 22 percent from last year. The ACC tilt went up against USA-Mexico soccer, which earned a 2.9 rating on Univision, making it the second-most-watched Spanish-language sportscast ever.
