Tuning in: Boston's WEEI tops sports radio list

Boston’s WEEI posted the highest rating among sports radio stations for the fall 2005 period, according to recently released Arbitron data from Sept. 22 through Dec. 14. WEEI’s mark, however, was down 12.7 percent from the mark it posted in fall 2004, when the Boston Red Sox won the World Series. Arbitron ratings represent the average quarter-hour shares (percentage of households tuned to a specific station) in a given market.
