A day of featured sports programming on Sunday, Feb. 19, saw NBC score a record rating for its afternoon coverage of the Daytona 500. It marked the fifth year in the last six that the race rating has increased from the prior year.

At night, however, TNT’s coverage of the NBA All-Star Game in Houston posted a coverage-area rating that marks the fourth straight decline for the league, dating to when TNT assumed the annual broadcast in 2003.
