Wintry mix for top sports titles

Sports Illustrated kept its No. 1 spot on a list of sports magazines for ad revenue in January but posted a decline in revenue of more than 28 percent and a 30 percent drop in ad pages from January 2005. Each of the top four publications by revenue saw a decline in ad pages over the year, but ESPN The Magazine (No. 2) and Golf Digest (No. 4) saw revenue growth despite that drop in pages.
