Best in Boston: Red Sox market leads nation

Boston posted the highest local-market rating of any area tracked by Nielsen Media Research for Fox Sports’ debut coverage of MLB this year, featuring Boston hosting the New York Yankees. The April 16 game posted a 3.6 average national rating. The Friday game was the first prime-time, regular-season national broadcast since September 1998.
