Facility construction scorecard

The following scorecard reflects companies involved in the construction work on more than one of the 16 venues identified in the accompanying map as new venues opened in 2003. The listing includes both stadiums and arenas, new-construction projects and renovations.

The scorecard was compiled from listings provided by the general contractor or construction manager for each project. Business involvement reflects only those companies with new deals related to the projects. A concessions company, for example, would be considered for this listing if its business at a renovated stadium were the result of a new deal created in conjunction with the construction work, but the company would not have been considered if it simply had retained its business under a contract signed for operation at the venue prior to the renovation.
