Rick Campbell was promoted to vice president of premium seating for Comcast-Spectacor.

Scott Richmond was hired as vice president and chief operating officer for the Corpus Christi (Texas) Rayz of the Central Hockey League. Matt Pauly and Justin Lembright were hired as ticket account representatives.

The Las Vegas Wranglers of the ECHL named Jim McKinnon assistant general manager, Michael Delay director of corporate services, Gina McClure director of sales, Scott Borden director of ticket sales, Ryan Durnan and Danielle Lucero account executives, Deric Voelker director of merchandising, Stacy Cohen to handle community relations, Hillary Smoot and Brian Gavan corporate sales account representatives, and Juli Balding executive assistant to the vice president.


HORSE RACING

Blake Tohana was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Magna Entertainment Corp.


MARATHON

The Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon board of directors elected Jim Mahon as chairman for the 2003-04 season. Also elected were Joe Hale as vice president, Bob Baron as financial chairman, John Mongelluzzo as secretary and Dr. Doug Olberding as treasurer.

Jennifer James was named director of corporate relations for James Management Group, a corporate consulting and marketing firm in Oklahoma City and Dallas.

Barbara Zidovsky was promoted to senior vice president, Nielsen Sports Marketing Service.

Brian Monihan was promoted to vice president of advertising sales for Comcast-Spectacor.

Frances West was named sales development manager for Time4 Media division Mountain Sports Media, publishers of Ski and Skiing magazines.
