The United States Golf Association decided to not relocate its golf museum from its headquarters in Far Hills, N.J., to the former Russian Tea Room restaurant in New York City because of extensive renovation costs and constraints on association control over the museum.

The International SpeedHockey League, a new professional in-line hockey league, reached agreement with Huntington Beach, Calif., marketing firm Public Enterprise Group Inc., to lead marketing and sponsorship efforts for the league.

Golf Course Business Consultants elected its first governing executive committee: President Jack Brennan, Vice President Ron Garl, Secretary Don MacLaren, Treasurer Rick McDermott, Member-at-Large Doug Spear.
