Bucs sign parts store
Advance Discount Auto Parts signed a multiyear sponsorship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, becoming the team's official auto parts retailer. The sponsorship will allow Advance Discount to advertise its brand throughout Raymond James Stadium and use Bucs logos as part of its own promotional materials. Advance Discount is a unit of Advance Auto Parts Inc. of Roanoke, Va., the nation's second-largest auto parts chain. Financial details of the deal were not released.

Long-running title extended
Indianapolis Raceway Park and the Kroger grocery store chain extended the sponsorship of the Kroger 200 NASCAR Busch Series race and the Kroger SpeedFest through 2004. Financial details were not released. In its 22nd year of sponsorship, Kroger has the longest continuous race sponsorship in NASCAR.

Aéropostale stamp on Sun Belt
The Sun Belt Conference signed Aéropostale to a two-year agreement as title sponsor of its men's and women's basketball tournaments. The sponsorship will provide Aéropostale with on-site marketing and exposure at all Sun Belt championships events throughout the year. Aéropostale gets the promotional use of the Sun Belt marks, media, grassroots marketing initiatives, Internet opportunities and merchandising, as well as marketing benefits at several member institutions.
