Dunn seeks bankruptcy protection

Dunn
Sports agent David Dunn has filed for personal Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and has told the NFL Players Association that the action protects him from any potential union discipline.

“It’s their position that the filing for bankruptcy [protection] stays any disciplinary action against him,” said Richard Berthelsen, NFLPA general counsel. Berthelsen said he doesn’t necessarily agree with that position.
