English Football League Extends Thai Airways Deal

The English Football League extended its partnership with Thai Airways, which backs "the EFL’s five finals," according to Paul Nicholson of INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL. The first of those -- the EFL Cup -- will be played between Chelsea and Man City on Sunday at Wembley. Thai Airways will have digital and in-stadia presence across all the EFL’s finals at Wembley including the EFL Trophy, League Championship, League One and League Two playoff finals. Thai Airways became an official supporter of the EFL in Nov. '17. Last season’s EFL events were attended by more than 288,000 people and broadcast in over 190 territories. Thai Airways will also have access to VIP tickets for fan competitions (INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL, 2/19).
