Leicestershire County Cricket Club appointed KAREN ROTHERY as its new CEO. Rothery previously spent two-and-a-half years as England Netball's commercial director. She will join the county in April (BBC, 1/28). ... M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment confirmed that U.K. CEO STEVE MARTIN is "moving to a new global position," with a brief to oversee the agency’s int'l growth. As global CEO, Martin will "focus on driving growth across the six offices" of N.Y., L.A., Berlin, Sydney, Johannesburg and London (SPORT INDUSTRY, 1/29).
