Norwich City Post Mockumentary Video To Sell Season Tickets

League Championship side Norwich City players starred in a "hilarious" The Office-style mockumentary video shared on the club's Twitter account "in an attempt to try and sell season tickets for next term," according to the London DAILY MAIL. Louis Thompson, Christoph Zimmermann, Tim Krul, Alexander Tettey, Teemu Pukki and Emiliano Buendia "all swapped the football pitch for a day working in the ticket office to try and help out." In the video, the Norwich players, who were all dressed in the club's kit, "seemed to try their best" but did not have the "best first day on the job" with Krul making the mistake of wearing his gloves to work and Buendia speaking in Spanish on the phone to a customer. The office manager in the video admitted he "wanted to see the players work harder" and joked, "It's good for them to link off the pitch. One team, one dream." The video was a "nod" to the sitcom The Office and "appeared to strike a cord with fans on social media" (DAILY MAIL, 1/17).
