Marketplace Roundup: Saracens Acquire 50% Stake In Netball Club

Premiership Rugby side Saracens acquired a 50% stake in Netball Superleague side Mavericks. The rugby club and the renamed Saracens Mavericks will share resources and insight for elite player performance, access to fanbases, commitment to community outreach programs and key business functions (Saracens). 

Super Rugby side St. Helens signed Elcons Employment Law Consultants to be its official human resources partner. The firm's logo will be featured on the back of the club's home and away playing shorts for its men's and women's teams for the next three seasons (St. Helens). 

Norwegian football club Rosenborg BK partnered with sports analytics company Kitman Labs. The club will use Kitman Labs to centralize and analyze data to strengthen the communication between medical, performance and coaching staff (Kitman Labs). 

Int'l football competition the Florida Cup announced Kin Analytics will provide team and player performance analytics reports during the event taking place from Tuesday-Sunday. The four participating teams -- Flamengo, São Paulo, Ajax and Eintracht Frankfurt -- will receive pre- and post-match reports (Florida Cup). 

The French Professional Football League (LFP) announced video game developer Konami as a long-term, major partner for the Coupe de la Ligue. The Japanese company's logo will be featured on the jersey of the clubs participating in the competition (LFP).
