Rugby Football Union Partners With Majestic Wine

The Rugby Football Union named Majestic Wine the official wine merchant of England Rugby and Twickenham Stadium, according to Lisa Riley of HARPERS. The four-year deal includes Majestic being the exclusive wine provider to the stadium, across all bars and hospitality areas at all events, including the newly-redeveloped East Stand hospitality areas, where the brand will provide sommeliers to enhance visitors’ matchday hospitality experience. In addition, Majestic will build its own bar in the BA Fan Village and has launched a bespoke range of wines for the ground, including an exclusive "Majestic Loves... Rugby" wine. Majestic Wine will also offer discounts to RFU-affiliated community rugby clubs alongside discounts and gift cards to England fans, matchday attendees, debenture holders, members of the England Rugby Club and visitors to the World Rugby Museum and England Rugby Store (HARPERS, 11/7).
