Esports organization 100 Thieves hired former Call of Duty pro gamer ERIC "MUDDAWG" SANDERS to serve as its head of esports operations. Over the last two years, Sanders held a variety of positions at Activision Blizzard (THE ESPORTS OBSERVER, 9/5).

League Two side Notts County named former Nottingham Forest Manager PAUL HART as technical director, working alongside newly-appointed Manager HARRY KEWELL. League One side Charlton Athletic appointed caretaker manager LEE BOWYER as its manager on a deal until the end of the season.
