ManU supporters paid for a plane to fly a banner calling for Ed Woodward to be sacked during next week's game at Burnley as the club's exec vice-chair "comes under growing scrutiny." The banner, bearing the message "Ed Out -- LUHG," which means Love United, Hate Glazer, is "due to be flown over Turf Moor" on Sept. 2 "in protest at Woodward and the club's controversial American owners" (London TELEGRAPH, 8/22).
