ManU Exec Vice-Chair Ed Woodward and Arsenal CEO Ivan Gazidis were both paid £2.6M in '17 -- figures that "pale in comparison" to Tottenham counterpart Daniel Levy, according to Alex Richards of the London DAILY MIRROR. Woodward saw his earnings fall from £2.95M the previous year. He had been the "highest-paid administrator in English football" since taking over from David Gill in July '13. However, he dropped from No. 1 to No. 3, according to club accounts filed with Companies' House. Gazidis "was paid slightly more than his Old Trafford counterpart," taking £2.62M. Levy was paid a "massive" £6.01M for the same time period -- between June '16 and June '17 -- according to Spurs' accounts. That figure more than doubled the £2.84M he "took home the previous year." In contrast, Liverpool’s latest accounts show its highest-paid director was paid £907,000, while Newcastle Managing Dir Lee Charnley was paid £150,000 (DAILY MIRROR, 8/15).
