Former League Championship side Reading Managing Dir DAVID FELWICK returned to League One side Plymouth Argyle's board and will become Argyle's new chair. Current Chair JAMES BRENT will step down on Oct. 31, but will remain as a director. U.S.-based Dir SIMON HALLETT bought shares from Brent to take over as the club's majority shareholder (BBC, 8/14). ... Briton RICHARD ALLCROFT was elected president of the Int'l Wheelchair Rugby Federation. He replaces American JOHN BISHOP, who "stepped down after eight years at the helm." KEN SOWDEN of New Zealand and JEN SAUERBIER of Germany were re-elected as VP and athlete representative, respectively. Canadian GAIL HAMAMOTO was elected to the board to replace DUNCAN CAMPBELL, who retired (INSIDE THE GAMES, 8/13). ... FuboTV announced ERIK GERSON will become senior VP of engagement, while DAVID YOON will become senior VP of design. Gerson joins FuboTV from streaming music service Tidal, while Yoon joins from WB Digital Labs (MEDIA POST, 8/13). ... BSE Global and AEG Facilities promoted NYCB Live GM MATTHEW FELKER to Barclays Center GM and NYCB Live Assistant GM JOE ZINO to NYCB Live GM. Both promotions take effect Oct. 1, and come on the heels of the upcoming departure of Regional GM STEVE ROSEBROOK, who will oversee the transition for AEG (BSE Global). ... The Canadian Premier League named the following: EVA HAVARIS VP/strategy & league operations; KURT LARSON director of content; and MICKI BENEDETTI director of communications. The CPL also promoted ROY NASRALLAH to VP/marketing and JOELLE ELFASSY to director of marketing (CPL).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Former India cricketer RAMESH POWAR was named head coach of the Indian women's national team through the Int'l Cricket Council World T20, scheduled for November. Powar's term will include a tour to Sri Lanka, a bilateral series in the West Indies in October and the ICC Women's World T20 in the West Indies (PTI, 8/14).
