Finance Notes: Inter Milan Owner Suning Group To Buy Out President

Inter Milan owner Suning Group is reportedly ready to buy out club President Erick Thohir's remaining shares. Italian media reported the group is ready to buy Thohir's remaining 31.05%, taking "almost total control of the club" (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 8/14).

Chinese sportswear company Anta Sports published its interim business performance report for the first half of '18, with revenue growth reaching 44.1%, making it the best mid-year results since the company was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange 11 years ago. The total income of the Anta Group was 10.55B yuan ($1.5B). It has maintained double-digit growth for five consecutive years (YUTANG SPORTS, 8/14).
