Media Notes: APO Group Enters Distribution Deal With Getty Images

African and Middle Eastern media relations consultancy APO Group announced an exclusive distribution partnership with Getty Images. The deal will bring the Rugby Africa Gold Cup competition to almost 1 million Getty Images customers. The Gold Cup is Rugby Africa's flagship competition (APO Group). 

Russian hockey channel KHL TV was taken over by Match TV, which is owned by Gazprom Media. The KHL and National Sports TV Channel, the operating company of Match TV, reportedly established a company named KHL Media, in which Match TV owns 80% (BROADBAND TV NEWS, 7/11).
