KEITH RUSSELL was named the interim CEO of Badminton Scotland. Russell, who "played a key role in Glasgow's bid for the 2014 Commonwealth Games," takes charge of the organization as it experiences its "first major change in leadership" in nearly 40 years. His predecessor, ANNE SMILLIE, had been the longest-serving CEO at a U.K.-based sports governing body prior to her recent retirement (SCOTSMAN, 7/10). ... Rogers & Cowan hired CHRIS MONACO to oversee the group's int'l business unit. Monaco will report directly to Rogers & Cowan CEO MARK OWENS (Rogers & Cowan). ... Former UEFA Dir of Communications and CNN sports correspondent PEDRO PINTO joined Eleven Sports as non-exec director in Portugal. Pinto will front the UEFA Champions League shows, while aiding production in Portugal (Eleven Sports). 

COACHES/MANAGERS: EPL side Wolverhampton Wanderers Manager NUNO ESPIRITO SANTO signed a one-year contract extension that ties him to the club until '21. The Portuguese joined the club in May '17, and won the League Championship in his first season in charge (BBC, 7/10).
