Liga MX side Chivas Guadalajara named JOSÉ CARDOZO its new coach on Tuesday to replace MATÍAS ALMEYDA. Almeyda leaves "after winning five titles in almost three years at the helm." Cardozo is the 25th coaching change made at Chivas since JORGE VERGARA became owner of the club in late '02, but Cardozo said that he is "up to the challenge" (ESPN.com, 6/13). ... IMG appointed ADOLFO BARA as its new senior VP for soccer. Starting on Monday, Bara will work at IMG Events, where he will be responsible for the agency's activity within the sport beyond the audiovisual aspect, which is controlled by IMG Media. Bara has been La Liga's managing director of sales & marketing for the last five years (SOCCEREX, 6/13). ... EPL side West Ham appointed MARIO HUSILLOS as its director of football. The Argentine signed a three-year deal after fulfilling the same role at Málaga, where he previously worked with West Ham Manager MANUEL PELLEGRINI. Husillos "will assume responsibility for all senior player recruitment" (BBC, 6/13).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Women's Super League side Yeovil Town Ladies will reportedly name Millwall Lionesses Manager LEE BURCH as its new manager. JAMES SHERWOOD "stood down" as Yeovil's boss at the end of last season, when the club finished last in the Women's Super League 1 with two goals in 18 games (BBC, 6/13). ... League Two club Oldham Athletic appointed former striker FRANKIE BUNN as manager on a one-year contract. The 55-year-old replaced RICHIE WELLENS, who was sacked on June 8 (BBC, 6/13). ... Former Serie B side Venezia coach FILIPPO INZAGHI is reportedly set to join Serie A club Bologna as manager, replacing ROBERTO DONADONI, who was sacked last month. Inzaghi and the club "have had a gentleman's agreement for weeks" (ANSA, 6/12). ... Serie A side Sassuolo officially confirmed the appointment of ROBERTO DE ZERBI on a contract from July through June '20. De Zerbi most recently coached Benevento (FOOTBALL ITALIA, 6/13).
