U.S. horse racing betting operator and media business Sports Information Group hired former William Hill Online exec ITAY FISHER as chief technology officer. With more than a decade of gaming industry experience, Fisher will be responsible for "developing and enhancing SIG’s online gaming platform, which includes its newly launched DRFBets offering" (GAMING INTELLIGENCE, 5/21). ... Stockholm-listed Ninja Casino operator Global Gaming appointed LARS KOLLIND to the newly-created role of head of B2B. Based in Global Gaming’s Sliema office in Malta, Kollind will be tasked with "developing and growing the company’s B2B product offering." He joins Global Gaming from rival Stockholm-listed iGaming operator and B2B provider Aspire Global, where he served as global sales director for nearly two years (GAMING INTELLIGENCE, 5/21).

COACHES/MANAGERS: MANUEL PELLEGRINI agreed to a deal worth £5M ($6.71M) per year "with bonuses" to take over as manager of EPL side West Ham. He previously spent three years with Man City and won the Premier League in '14 (London DAILY MAIL, 5/21). ... Premiership Rugby side Harlequins confirmed the appointment of England defense coach PAUL GUSTARD as its new head of rugby. Gustard, 42, will take up his new post with the club after England's tour to South Africa next month, replacing JOHN KINGSTON (London GUARDIAN, 5/21).
