Bundesliga side Hamburg members elected BERND HOFFMANN as president, with the 55-year-old returning to the post he previously held from '03-11. Hoffmann took the seat from JENS MAIER by 585 votes to 560 votes and "made it clear that changes could be made to the struggling club's hierarchy" (ESPN.com, 2/19). ... Concessionaire SSP America named Aramark Head of Business Development GARY JACOBUS SVP/business development. Jacobus was with Aramark's sports and entertainment division for the past five years. He will be based in the N.Y. suburbs. Jacobus has had previous stints with the NFL, NBA, USTA and IMG (SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL, 2/19 issue).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Ascenso MX side Atlético San Luis sacked coach JOSÉ FRANCISCO MOLINA after the team lost its sixth straight game. Molina led the team to "just one win, one tie and six losses" in eight games this season (LA AFICIÓN, 2/18). ... WAYNE BENNETT was reappointed as England's rugby head coach on a two-year deal -- but "with no guarantee he will lead the side in the 2021 World Cup." The 68-year-old Australian took over from STEVE MCNAMARA two years ago and led England during its "disappointing" 2016 Four Nations tournament (BBC, 2/19). ... PAUL PUT resigned as the Kenya national football team coach barely three months after taking over the reins of the Harambee Stars. Belgium-born Put was appointed in November but Football Kenya Federation said that he opted out due to personal reasons (CAF).
