Media Notes: Discovery Networks Sweden Acquires Rights To English FA Cup

Discovery Networks Sweden acquired the exclusive Swedish rights for the English FA Cup. The broadcasts will start on Friday with the Liverpool-Everton match on Kanal 5, followed by matches with clubs like ManU, Arsenal, Chelsea and Man City to follow throughout the weekend on Eurosport 1 (Discovery). 

Eurosport
 on Wednesday added to its lineup of more than 150 winter sports experts and commentators for the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics. Six-time Olympic Medalist Bode Miller will be the face of the Eurosport Cube. The Eurosport team includes 58 Olympians with 151 Games and 75 Olympic medals among them (Eurosport). 

ESPN reached an agreement to air the Florida Cup, the annual celebration of int'l football in the state. ESPN will air all eight matches of the 2018 Florida Cup (Jan. 10-20) across its networks in the following regions: the U.S. (ESPN Deportes), Mexico, Central America, Caribbean Islands, South America (except Brazil) and for the first time since '15, Oceania (ESPN).
