Arcos Dorados Signs Neymar For World Cup Marketing Campaign

Latin American restaurant chain and McDonald's franchisee Arcos Dorados Holdings signed an exclusive contract with Neymar to support its 2018 World Cup marketing and brand campaigns beginning in January. McDonald's is an official sponsor of the World Cup and Arcos Dorados has Brazil's biggest footballer to serve as an ambassador in its media and marketing campaigns related to next year's sporting event. Neymar will feature in several exclusive activations. During the first nine months of '17, the company's systemwide sales grew 6.2% in the Brazil division and 10.4% on a consolidated basis, excluding Venezuela (Arcos Dorados).
