Marketplace Roundup: Mailman Group Launches Red Card 2018

Mailman Group announced the launch of Red Card 2018, The China Digital Football Awards, which will "assess the most influential European football teams, leagues and players online in China," as well as give out five new awards which will be judged by a panel of industry experts. The three headlining awards announcing the Most Influential European Football Team, League and Player Online in China will still be assessed by the "traditional Mailman-developed metrics" (THE DRUM, 12/1).

Serie A side Atalanta named Green Energy its new energy partner. The deal will see fans of the club benefit from a 10% discount when they sign up with the company, which "will be able to run a series of fan-focused activations, events and initiatives for the duration of the agreement." The length and financial terms of the partnership have not been made public (SOCCEREX, 12/1).
