Olympique De Marseille Inks Telecom Orange As Jersey Sponsor

Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille announced a deal with French telecom Orange to be its jersey sponsor through the ’21-22 season, according to Alexandre Jacquin of LA PROVENCE. Orange has been a club sponsor since ’99 and became the naming sponsor of OM’s Vélodrome Stadium in Oct. ’16. The financial details of the partnership were not disclosed, but the deal includes marketing and digital rights. The club has renewed several of its partnerships in recent months and extended its deal with insurance company Caisse d’Épargne for five years. Another partnership is expected to be signed with Hyundai this week (LA PROVENCE, 10/14).
