Former Matilda CHERYL SALISBURY became the first female player to win the PFA's Alex Tobin medal for service, achievements and dedication to football (SYDNEY MORNING HERALD, 9/17). ... Sri Lanka Cricket banned CHAMARA SILVA, who played in 11 Tests and 75 ODIs between '99 and '11, for two years from playing, coaching and administrating.
