Facility Notes: Bournemouth Renews Stadium Naming Rights With Vitality

Premier League side Bournemouth announced a renewed sponsorship deal for stadium naming rights at Dean Court. The club's home will be known as Vitality Stadium. No details of value were revealed, but it was described as "one of the club's most significant sponsorship deals." The deal runs until '20 (Bournemouth).

League Championship side Brentford "submitted revised plans" for its proposed new stadium, with capacity reduced from 20,000 to 17,250 seats. Facilities for Brentford's Community Sports Trust will now be built next to the stadium, "rather than inside it." The club plans to start construction in '18, and be completed by late '19 or the start of '20 (BBC, 8/15).

The Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games appointed Australian property group Lendlease as an overlay delivery partner and official supporter property & infrastructure of the event. The company will manage the delivery of 15 competition venues to CWG standard across South East Queensland, Townsville and Cairns (Lendlease).
