Marketplace Roundup: Liga MX Side América Names StubHub Its Global Ticket Partner

Liga MX side América named StubHub its new global ticket partner. The partnership "will benefit América fans, both domestically and internationally, by making it easier to acquire tickets" (LA AFICIÓN, 7/19).

Juventus reached a three-year, back-of-shirt sponsorship agreement with Japanese video game producer Cygames. The company's logo will make its debut on the Juventus shirt during the club's Int'l Champions Cup match against Barcelona on Saturday (Juventus).

The IPC and Nielsen Sports announced an extension of their relationship through the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. Nielsen Sports will help analyze new revenue streams for the IPC, which could also become a blueprint for National Paralympic Committees (IPC).

Pro12 side Connacht Rugby announced Steeltech Sheds as an official partner. The new Connact Rugby jersey for the upcoming season was launched on Thursday with the Steeltech Sheds name featured on the back of the playing and training shirts (Connacht Rugby).

Real Madrid named Xbox its official console partner. The Microsoft Century City store will engage local youth groups in Minecraft coding alongside Real Madrid players (Xbox).

Brasileiro side Corinthians partnered with toothbrush manufacturer Powerdent. The collaboration will see Powerdent "create a bespoke range of dental health products licensed by the club." Neither the "financial terms nor the duration of the contract have been released" (SOCCEREX, 7/20).
